Introduction

Cyberderm is a web and mobile application created by Cyberderm Editorial group (founding editor Prof. Dr. Günter Burg, concept and coordination – Vahid Djamei).

The following Terms of use apply between, the user of Cyberderm.net (“Website” from now on), including any sub-domains and services provided (from now on “Services”), unless excluded by their own terms and conditions, and Cyberderm Editorial group, the owner and creator of this Website. Your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions comes into effect upon registration and visit to our website. If you do not agree or accept these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

The use of our Services is subject to the following terms of use:

1. All Content (from now on “Content”) included on the Website and the mobile app is the property of Cyberderm Editorial group or other relevant third parties. Here, the Content includes but is not limited to text, images, audio, video, graphics or any other type of information that can be stored on a device (computer, mobile etc) and is visible on or a part of this Website. By using the Website, you recognize that such Content is protected by copyright notice. The reuse or reproduction of any content published in Cyberderm as well as the mobile app itself or single parts, in electronic or any other format, is allowed with the explicit permission of the copyright owners only.

2. Whilst we aim to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, it does not offer any warranty for using our Services. Any use of our Services is at your sole risk.

3. We accept no liability for any interruption or unavailability of our Services.

4. The cyberderm.net may contain links to other sites. Unless stated, we do not assume any responsibility or control of the content of such websites and disclaim liability for any form of loss or damage by using them.

5. By using our Services you indemnify us and our employees, directors, contractors, shareholders and affiliates from any losses, damages or costs resulting from any claim or demand emerging from using our Services.

6. You assume the responsibility to ensure that the details you provide upon registration are correct and complete.

7. We do not claim ownership of the data provided by you, however, by accepting these terms and conditions you grant Cyberderm editorial group access to your data for purposes of providing our Services.

8. You may delete your account at any time. You can do it either yourself from your profile page or by writing to support@cyberderm.net.

9. If you do not comply with these terms and conditions, we have the right to suspend or cancel your access to our Services.

Specific Terms of Use relating to Images

All users (human, or machine) are expressly prohibited from using any Image for any purpose including, but not limited to:

1. AI Training and Development: Images, or any part thereof, are not to be used, copied, or ingested to train a machine learning model, artificial intelligence system, or mined in any way for ingestion into any other algorithmic or statistical model designed to generate images, text, or other content. This prohibition applies whether the use is for developing new models, improving existing models, or creating AI-generated outputs.

2. Illegal and Unlawful Activities: Images must not be used in any way, or in any other manner which violates any law, or is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, unlawful, or is misleading or objectionable, or in a manner that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights, or which may damage the reputation of Cyberderm and/or Swiss4ward or any of its clients, partners, supporters and/or users.

3. Endorsement and Sensitive Subjects: Images may not be used to explicitly or implicitly endorse a product, or service, a political party, candidate, or opinion; to promote tobacco or adult products; or in a way that could be considered offensive to a reasonable person.

4. Resale and Redistribution: Images may not be sold, sublicensed, or redistributed on a standalone basis or as a part of a product for resale.

5. Unauthorised Modifications: Images must not be altered, transformed, or built upon, except for standard cropping or resizing for display purposes. Removing or altering the watermark is strictly prohibited.
